How do Bundles Work? A 4 pass bundle lasts 6 weeks, from the date of the first day of the first week used, a 6 pass bundle lasts 9 weeks from the date of the first day of the first week used and a 12 class bundle lasts 18 weeks from the date of the first day of the week used. Bundles are for students aged 16 years and above. Bundle lengths do not increase. Bundles are non-transferable and non-refundable except for the right to cancel which is mentioned below.Bundles are for one person only.
Right to Cancel You can cancel within 14 days from payment of a Bundle. You will be provided with a full refund minus the cost of weeks taken. To cancel the bundle, please contact, by email, at [email protected], before the cancellation period of 14 days has expired.
What does a Week’s Pass include? A week’s pass includes all Zoom Pilates classes in that week from Monday to Thursday. A Pilates week starts on a Monday and finishes on a Thursday in the same week. There may not be classes on a Bank Holiday. Surprise classes are also included, when they are available.
Every Week From Now Bookings To make sure you recive your links each week, you can book 'Every Week From Now'. If you book a 4 week bundle you will receive them for 4 weeks from your payment and booking. If you book a 6 week bundle you will receive them for 6 weeks from your payment and booking. Can my guest join me at my Zoom Class Yes, one person who is 16 + may join you, at the same time as you are at a Zoom Class, using the same device. You will need to forward £5 per Zoom class, for your guest and £10 for two or more Zoom classes in the same week.
How to cancel a Week’s Pass? Every Week from Now - Please contact, by email, at: [email protected] before Sunday 9am, of the week before. (For example, if you want to cancel your weekly pass of Mon Jan 4 to Thurs Jan 7, please cancel before Sun Jan 3, 9am).
One Week Pass - Please contact, by email, at: [email protected] before Sunday 9am, of the week before. (For example, if you want to cancel your weekly pass of Mon Jan 10 to Thurs Jan 13, please cancel before Sun Jan 9, 9am).
Can I receive a Class Refund if the teacher is ill or Zoom is nationally not operational? If the teacher is ill and unable to take the class or there is a national issue with Zoom, you can apply for a refund for that class which would be refunded as an equal portion of the week's pass, (e.g. one sixth). There is no refund for; your broadband issues, Surprise Zoom classes.

What To Wear Whatever makes you happy and is comfortable. Some people wear pyjamas. Odd socks, and interesting socks, are popular. Leggings are a good idea if you are going to wear short, shorts.
