Neck Stretches

Neck Turn Stand up tall, feet hip width apart, shoulders relaxed down spine. Turn head to left and hold position for at least 20s. Do not look down. Swap sides.

Neck Tilt Stand up tall, feet hip width apart. Tilt your head to one shoulder and take the opposite arm and push down, leading with the heel of the hand. Hold stretch for at least 20s. Swap sides.
