Pilates in St Albans celebrates 10 years

"I can’t believe that Pilates in St Albans has been in business for exactly 10 years today. The time has gone so quickly. I am indebted to all my incredible and motivated team of Pilates students, who have been on this journey with me. Thank you for joining me at de Havilland Aircraft Museum to celebrate our 10 year birthday party. Thank you for coming to Pilates week after week, year after year. Thank you for helping me get ready for the night and thank you for being such extraordinary, warm individuals that make teaching you Pilates so easy and enjoyable. Here's to the next 10 years of Pilates fit, flexible, strong individuals! "

It's not just about Pilates, it was the ultimate competition.
It was tense.
It was a test of good posture, great balance and mental strength.
It required a smooth transfer of weight.
It needed control, strength and agility.
It involved creativity, great design and quick thinking.
Nobody could resist.
Everybody wanted the challenge.
It was friendly.
It was fierce.
It was well organised.

The finalists were; Tim, Sue, Alex, Terry, Richard.
and
The ultimate paper plane designer and pilot was Alex.
